The Varin Model VFM-20  semi-automatic seamer is completely manufactured in Thailand using the  same exacting standards accorded our larger, automatic seamers.

Can size changes: Different  can diameters from No.200 to No.603 can be closed with replacement of a  few inexpensive change parts and some minor adjustments. Can height  changes from 1-5/16" to 10" are easily made simply by raising or lowering  the lifter plate base screw. Heights up to 12" and diameters up to 8" can  be achieved with some special modifications.

Simple, precise seaming method: The seaming heads is of the four roll variety with mounting on roller  bearings for maximum life. The can remains stationary while the single,  rotating seaming head closes the can.

Accessories: The VFM-20 is  also available with optional pneumatic foot pedal or sensor/timer for  automatic operation of the lifter plate to speed
production and reduce  operator fatigue.

Low operating and maintenance costs: All the  parts are easily accessible for cleaning, lubrication and  maintenance.
